This week is Idol Gives Back, which means that the songs had to be inspirational. Last night, some people did well, others did not.

Casey James did not have a very good night. He sang "Don't Stop." Simon didn't find it very inspirational and the judges felt like he wasn't showing how he was diffrent and unique.


On the other hand Lee Dewyze had an amazing night! He sang"The Boxer." Simon thought it was brilliant and one of the best performances of the night and the other judges loved it!


Tim Urban went next and he was just OK. He sang "Better Days." It was sort of a let down for them but in the end, it seems like they thought he was better than Casey.



Aaron Kelly sang "I Believe I can Fly." The judges said the beginning wasn't that good but by the end it was amazing and they were crazy about the end but not the beginning.



Si0bhan Magnus sang "When You Believe." Overall the judges thought it was OK. To me, it seems like Siobhan has lost her touch. I think the judges liked her better when she was doing the faster songs.



Michael Lynche sang "Hero." The judges overall thought it was pretty good but not quite amazing. Simon felt that it wasn't the best inspirational song but the performance was still good. I am very glad that the judges saved him and I hope he doesn't go this week.



Last was Crystal Bowerzox. She sang "People Get Ready." Right at the end of the song with the last few notes of the song, she got emotional and started to cry. The judges liked that she connected with the song and was emotional and as usual they thought she was amazing. Shocker.



But who will go? I think if it was by performance Casey James. But people have their favorites and vote for them whether they did well or not. I think Casey is at risk but also Tim and Aaron too. But I think Casey is going to be in 7th place.
